Section 17a-227-32 - Applications(a) Applications for a contract to provide residential support services to persons with mental retardation shall be filed, on forms provided by the department, with the regional office serving such persons.(b) Existing contractors and new applicants shall make available updated application materials as requested by the department.Conn.
