Section 17-227-14j - Component servicesA. The chief administrative officer shall assure that the functions of the hospital are organized through appropriate departmentalization of services.B. Every hospital shall have a written plan describing the organization of those services which the hospital offers, or the arrangements for the provision of such services to meet the needs of the patients.C. Each service shall be guided by written current policies and procedures which are readily available to all appropriate personnel.D. Each collaborating, recognized service shall be supervised by an individual whose qualifications shall be specified in the personnel policies.Conn. Agencies Regs. § 17-227-14j
