There shall be employed a sufficient number of appropriately qualified clinical staff and necessary supporting personnel to provide satisfactory care and treatment of its patients.B. Each hospital shall establish and maintain sound personnel recruitment and selection policies.C. There shall be a written policy assuring equal opportunity in hiring and employment practices for all personnel without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin, which adheres to all federal, state and local legislation concerned with nondiscriminatory practices.Conn.
