Section 3 CCR 702-3-1-5-3 - Applicability

This regulation shall apply to any taxpayer who is subject to the tax on insurance premiums established by § § 10-3-209, 10-5-111, and 10-6-128, C.R.S. and who is eligible to claim a credit or refund pursuant to Article 30 of Title 39, Colorado Revised Statutes.
