Section 3 CCR 702-3-1-5-2 - Scope and Purpose

The purpose of this regulation is to assure the orderly implementation of the premium tax credit provisions set forth in the Urban and Rural Enterprise Zone Act. This regulation sets forth the criteria for filing and documenting a claim for credit or refund of premium tax.
