Section 2 CCR 601-10-6.05 - Opening and Comparison of Bids

Bids and the CDOT Bid Proposal shall be opened in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.10 of these rules and compared in accordance with the provisions of Sections 4.12 and 4.14 of the rules.
