Section 2 CCR 601-10-6.04 - Confidentiality of Bid Proposals

The Bid Proposal prepared by CDOT shall be confidential with only the CDOT Engineering Estimates and Market Analysis Unit and CDOT Chief Engineer having access to it, during advertisement, until the time Bids are opened.
