Section 2 CCR 404-1-807 - FORM 26, SOURCE OF PRODUCED WATER FOR DISPOSALa. The Operator of a Class II UIC Well will submit a Form 26, Source of Produced Water for Disposal, before commencing injection into the Well(s).b.
