Section 2 CCR 404-1-806 - TIMING OF INJECTION FLUID SAMPLING AND ANALYSISa.Initial Analysis. An injection Fluid analysis from a representative sample collected at the injection facility is required within 1 year of commencing injection after approval of an injection application.b.Periodic Analysis. An injection Fluid analysis from a representative sample collected at the injection facility is required every 5 years after the initial analysis or 5 years after the most recent change of source analysis.c.Change of Source Analysis. An injection Fluid analysis is required when there is a significant change in the quality of the injection Fluid and as required by Rule 807.
