Section 6 CCR 1010-14-6.0 - REFUSE DISPOSAL6.1The storage, collection, and disposal of refuse shall be so conducted as to control odors, insects, rodents, and other nuisance conditions. Sufficient numbers of covered metal refuse containers shall be provided for refuse storage and located not more than 150 feet from any dwelling unit. All refuse shall be collected and regularly disposed of in an approved manner. Refuse incinerators, where permitted, shall be of approved type, and isolated from traffic and pedestrian areas.
