Section 6 CCR 1010-14-5.0 - EXCRETA AND LIQUID WASTE DISPOSAL5.1Facilities shall be provided and properly maintained for the disposal or treatment of disposal of excreta and liquid wastes.5.2Where a public sewer system is available, all plumbing fixtures and all building sewers shall be connected thereto. If a public sewer system is not available, a private sewage disposal system meeting the requirements of the Colorado Water Pollution Control Commission and applicable local regulations, shall be installed and connected to all plumbing fixtures and building sewers.
