Section 6 CCR 1007-1-4.44 - Records of Prior Occupational Dose4.44.1 The licensee or registrant shall retain the records of prior occupational dose and exposure history as specified in 4.10 on Department Form R-16 or equivalent until the Department terminates each pertinent license or registration requiring this record. The licensee or registrant shall retain records used in preparing Department Form R-16 or equivalent for 3 years after the record is made.4.44.2 Upon termination of the license or registration, the licensee or registrant shall permanently store records on Department Form R-16 or equivalent, or shall make provision with the Department for transfer to the Department.Colorado Register, Vol 37, No. 14.
