Section 40.0023 - Accurate and Complete Record-keeping(1) No person shall make, or cause any person to make, any false, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading statement in any document which that person keeps or is required to keep pursuant to M.G.L. c. 21E, 310 CMR 40.0000 or any permit or order issued by the Department.(2) No person shall knowingly fail to fully complete any document that such person is required to submit to the Department pursuant to M.G.L. c. 21E, 310 CMR 40.0000 or any permit or order issued by the Department.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1503, eff. 3/1/2024.Amended by Mass Register Issue S1516, eff. 3/1/2024.
