Section 40.0022 - Accurate and Timely Submittal of Documents(1) Except as provided by 310 CMR 40.0025, each person who is required by M.G.L. c. 21E, 310 CMR 40.0000 or any order or determination of the Department, to make one or more submittals to the Department shall make each submittal by the deadline or within the time period imposed therein.(2) No person shall make, or cause any person to make, any false, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading statement in any document which that person submits, or causes any person to submit, to the Department pursuant to M.G.L. c. 21E, 310 CMR 40.0000 or any order or determination issued by the Department.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1503, eff. 3/1/2024.Amended by Mass Register Issue S1516, eff. 3/1/2024.
