Section 30.543 - Availability, Retention, and Disposition of Records(1) All plans required by 310 CMR 30.513 through 30.523, 30.583, and 30.593 and all approved revisions thereof shall be kept at the facility until completion of the certification of closure in compliance with 310 CMR 30.586.(2) All records, including plans required pursuant to 310 CMR 30.000, shall be furnished upon request of, and made available at all reasonable times for inspection by, any duly designated officer, employee, or representative of the Department or of the EPA.(3) The retention period for all records required pursuant to 310 CMR 30.500 shall be extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the facility, or as requested or ordered by the Department.(4) A copy of records of waste disposal locations and quantities shall be submitted to the Department upon closure of the facility.
