This account shall include the cost of repairing and testing meters used to measure water sold to consumers. This will include readjusting, painting, replacing worn gears, wearing parts, dials, meter fittings, unions, etc. This account should also include the cost of labor and material to repair meter boxes or vaults, and other expense incident thereto.
