The Racing Secretary shall compile a list from the trainer/kennel operator of all greyhounds that have left the Commonwealth to go to another jurisdiction to participate in a bona fide stakes race/races. The list shall contain the names of all greyhounds that participate in the stakes race, the jurisdiction the stakes race is held, the name of the stakes race/races, and the present state of the greyhound (whether the greyhound has stayed in the foreign jurisdiction, returned to the Commonwealth, or has been disposed of in any of the manners expressed in 205 CMR 8.00 ).
