Section 8.04 - Duties of Greyhound Racing Secretary(1) The Greyhound Racing Secretary shall insure that each trainer/kennel operator has filed a disposition form on every greyhound that has schooled, qualified or raced at his/her track when the greyhound is subject to the rules of disposition. The responsibility of filing this form with the Greyhound Racing Secretary shall be the duty of each licensed trainer/kennel operator.(2) The Greyhound Racing Secretary shall not release the certificate of registration to the trainer/kennel operator until the Disposition form is filed, signed and properly witnessed.
