Section 1.520 - Procedures and Requirements for Rescheduling(1) The hearing officer may change the date, time, and place of the hearing upon prior notice to all parties.(2) The hearing officer has the discretion to reschedule the hearing at the request of either party to a hearing.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1328, eff. 12/16/2016.
