Section 1.14 - Incidents

Any hiring authority that receives an allegation that an SHH or vendor agency employee with a positive CORI history has harmed an SHH client shall immediately report the allegation to the General Counsel of SHH. Notification shall include documentation of the hiring decision of the hiring authority.
