Section 7.074 - Sliding Fee(1) A family with a documented need for protection from abuse or neglect must meet income requirements unless waived on a case by case basis by the Department(2) Families of children who are approved by the Department to receive supportive child care services may be required to contribute to the cost of the child care services they receive in accordance with a sliding fee established by the EEC.
