Section 761.12 - Responsible Staff(1) The Deputy Commissioner of the Administrative Services Division or his/her designee shall implement 103 CMR 761.00 as it relates to food services.(2) The Assistant Deputy Commissioner of Clinical Services or his/her designee shall implement 103 CMR 761.00 as it relates to health services.(3) Each superintendent shall implement this policy and develop any and all necessary institutional procedures and policies.
