Section 761.11 - Training and Staff Development(1) In-service training of Food Service staff and correctional staff shall promote awareness of the importance of compliance with prescribed dietary and medical regimens.(2) Basic training shall focus on developing staff sensitivity to the importance of therapeutic diets and unimpeded access to medical care.(3) In-service training shall include a specialized program for food service staff designed to promote awareness of the importance of compliance with prescribed dietary and medical regimens.
