103 CMR 460.00 shall be reviewed annually by the Assistant Deputy Commissioner responsible for the Treatment Center. The party or parties conducting the review shall submit a memorandum to the Commissioner with a copy to the Central Policy File, indicating that review has been completed. Recommendations for revisions, additions, or deletions shall be included.
