The Assistant Deputy Commissioner responsible for the Treatment Center shall be responsible for monitoring 103 CMR 460.00 throughout the Department. The Superintendent of each correctional institution shall be responsible for the implementation of this policy within the institution and for the development of any and all necessary and appropriate policies and procedures within the parameter of 103 CMR 460.00.
