The following classifications are provided to describe the color of any lot:
(a) "Extra light," "light," "light amber," and "amber:" The portions of kernels in the lot shall be not darker than the darkest color permitted in the specified classification as shown on the USDA Walnut Color Chart.(b) "Red:" There are no color requirements.
