Section 432.127 - Effluent limitations attainable by the application of the best control technology for conventional pollutants (BCT)

Except as provided in 40 CFR 125.30 through 125.32 , any existing point source subject to this subpart must achieve the following effluent limitations representing the application of BCT: Limitations for BOD5 , TSS, O&G (as HEM), and fecal coliform are the same as the corresponding limitation specified in § 432.122 .
