Section 11518.60 - LEA Compliance with Test Contractor Requirements(a) In order for the state to meet its obligations in the development, administration, and security of valid and reliable tests, and the reporting of accurate test results, LEAs shall: (1) Administer the initial and summative assessment in accordance with the test contractor's directions; and(2) Abide by any and all instructions provided by the test contractor, including instructions for scoring the initial assessment, whether written or oral, that are presented during an annual training or provided for in the administration of the ELPAC.Cal.
