Section 11518.55 - Security and Transportation of Test Materials Delivered to LEA(a) The security of the test materials that have been duly delivered to the LEA by the test contractor is the sole responsibility of the LEA until all test materials have been inventoried, accounted for, and delivered to the common or private carrier designated by the test contractor.(b) Secure transportation within an LEA is the responsibility of the LEA once materials have been duly delivered to the LEA by the test contractor.Cal.
