Section 1380.10 - Experimental Packs

This group does not prohibit the preparation, packing, shipment, or sale under the director's permit of fruits, nuts, or vegetables which do not conform to the count arrangement or packing requirements prescribed in this group. Each container of such fruits, nuts, or vegetables shall be clearly and conspicuously marked on one outside surface of the container with the words "Experimental Pack Permit No. ___," followed by the permit number assigned to the applicant by the director.
