Section 1380 - Experimental Container Permit

This group does not prohibit the preparation, packing, shipment, or sale under the director's permit of fruits, nuts, or vegetables in any experimental type of container which does not conform to the standards prescribed in this article. Each container shall be clearly and conspicuously marked on one outside surface with the words "Experimental Container Permit No. __________," followed by the permit number assigned to the applicant by the director.
