Section 1180.30 - Records Retention at Collection Centers
(a) Each collection center that receives animal carcasses and/or inedible kitchen grease shall keep written records, separate and distinct from all other records, that shall include all of the following information:
(1) Date and time of receipt of inedible material.
(2) Name and address of person from which the inedible material was obtained. "Unknown" may be entered for the name and address if the carcass or inedible kitchen grease was dropped off at a time when the collection center was closed and the person dropping off the carcass or inedible kitchen grease did not leave a name or address.
(3) Department issued license number for licensed dead animal haulers or current decal number for transporters of inedible kitchen grease.
(4) Species and number of livestock carcasses and/or amount, in gallons or pounds, of inedible kitchen grease received.
(5) Name of renderer to whom the inedible material is subsequently delivered.
(6) Time and date of delivery.
(b) All required records shall be kept for not less than one (1) year and shall be produced upon demand by the Department.
