Section 1180.29 - Vermin Control(a) Every practical precaution shall be taken to keep all buildings and other parts of collection centers free of flies, birds, rats, mice, other vermin, dogs, cats and other live animals, and every practical precaution shall be taken to prevent the creation of nuisances.(b) Any condition on the premises of an official establishment that may constitute an attractant, breeding place or harborage for rodents, insects, and other pests shall be eliminated.Cal.
