(a) Each licensed custom livestock slaughterhouse and each licensed meat processing establishment shall complete and submit to the Department an MPES Form 79-038 (Rev. 10/11), Schedule of Operations, specifying the days and weeks of the month and the hours of the day that the plant operates.(b) Each licensed custom livestock slaughterhouse and each licensed meat processing establishment shall complete and submit to the Department a new MPES Form 79-038 (Rev. 10/11), Schedule of Operations, whenever the establishment makes a permanent change in the frequency or times of its operations.(c) If a licensed custom livestock slaughterhouse or a licensed meat processing establishment plans to temporarily operate on days and/or at times other than those listed on its current MPES Form 79-038 (Rev. 10/11), the establishment management shall contact the area supervisor by telephone at least 24 hours in advance of such unscheduled operations to inform him of its intent.Cal.
