Section 467 - Advertising and Labeling

Where any trade name, word, or phrase is used in connection with the advertising, labeling, sale, and distribution of imitation ice cream or imitation ice milk, there must also appear in connection with such trade name, word, or phrase, the words "imitation ice cream" or "imitation ice milk," as the case may be, in a conspicuous manner.
