Section 459 - Nut or Candy Imitation Ice Cream and Imitation Ice Milk(a) Nut or candy imitation ice cream is imitation ice cream containing not less than 1 percent by weight of sound, nonrancid nut meats or candy.(b) Nut or candy imitation ice milk is imitation ice milk containing not less than 1 percent by weight of sound, nonrancid nut meats or candy.Cal.
