Section 316.4 - Notification of Delay of Payment; Resolution(a) A notification of delay of payment will be issued to the Recipient at the address on record.(b) The notification of delay of payment will include:(1) The reasons for delaying payment.(2) The actions required to resolve the issues for delaying payment.(3) The method of appealing the delay.(c) Invoices will be processed upon resolution of the reasons for delaying payment.Cal.
