Section 22230 - CIWMB-Use of Mechanism(s) for Multiple Facilities (new)(a) An operator may use one or more of the financial assurance mechanisms specified in Article 2 of this Subchapter, to provide financial assurance for more than one disposal facility. The amount of funds provided shall be no less than the sum of funds that would be available if a separate mechanism had been established and maintained for each disposal facility. In directing funds for designated activities of any of the disposal facilities covered by the mechanism(s), only the amount of funds designated for that activity at that disposal facility may be used.Cal.
