Section 22229 - CIWMB-Use of Multiple Mechanisms. (T14:Section 17258.74)(a) An operator may satisfy the requirements of this Chapter by establishing more than one financial mechanism per disposal facility. The mechanisms must be as specified in Article 2 of this Subchapter, except that it is the combination of mechanisms, rather than the single mechanism, which must provide financial assurance for an amount at least equal to the current coverage requirement of Subchapter 2.Cal.
