Section 4526 - Definitions(a) Anti-Siphon Trap Vent Device. A device that is installed above the connection of the trap arm that opens automatically to allow air into a fixture drain.(b) Mobile Food Facility. Any vehicle used in conjunction with a commissary or other permanent food facility upon which food is sold or distributed at retail. "Mobile Food Facility" does not include a "transporter" used to transport packaged food from a food facility, or other approved source to the consumer.(c) Vehicle. A vehicle is a device, with attached wheels and axles, by which any person or property may be propelled, moved or drawn upon a highway or roadway excepting a device moved exclusively by human power or used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks.Cal.
