Section 100029.04 - [Operative 1/1/2025] Authorized Training Provider

"Authorized training provider" or "instructor" means an individual who is authorized by an approved training program to provide epinephrine auto-injector training as approved by the EMS Authority and who meets the requirements set forth in Section 100031.04 of this Chapter.
