Section 100029.03 - [Operative 1/1/2025] Authorized Health Care Provider

"Authorized Health Care Provider" means a currently licensed health care professional who is legally authorized in California to issue a prescription for or dispense an epinephrine auto-injector to an individual who meets the requirements of Section 100030.02 of this Chapter.
