Section 75021.1 - Special Permit Required(a) Any clinic desiring to establish or conduct, or which holds out, represents or advertises by any means, the performance of a special service shall obtain, prior to the performance of that service, a special permit from the Department.(b) A special permit is required to provide Birth Services.Cal.
