Section 78231 - Revocation or Suspension of License(a) A license may be suspended or revoked by the Department for any of the following: (1) Violation by the licensee of any of the statutory provisions of the Adult Day Health Care Act or regulations adopted by the Department under the Act.(2) Aiding, abetting or permitting the violation of any said statutory provisions or regulations of the Department.(3) Conduct in the operation or maintenance, or both the operation and maintenance of an adult day health center which is inimical to the health, morals, welfare or safety of either participants receiving services from the center or the people of the State of California.(b) The proceedings for revocation or suspension shall be commenced in accordance with Chapter 5, commencing with Section 11500, Part 1, Division 3, Title 2, Government Code.Cal.
