Section 78221 - Limitations on Participants Admitted(a)A license shall specify the maximum number of participants who may receive services at any one time in a center. A center shall not operate beyond the conditions and limitations of its license unless it receives prior approval from the Department.(b) The Department shall state in writing to the applicant the reasons for limiting the number of participants if the license is issued for fewer participants than requested.(c) A new application shall be submitted by the licensee for an increase in center capacity, unless: (1) The basic services provided by the center have not changed.(2) The center has fire clearance for the increased capacity.(d) The Department shall specify any limitations on the license.Cal.
