Section 78219 - Issuance of License(a) The Department shall grant a license if the applicant meets the standards as specified in these regulations and the application is in agreement with the county plan.(b) The Department shall issue or deny a license within 90 days of the receipt of the completed application forms and supporting documents.Cal.
