Section 54139 - Subcontract(a) Subcontract means any agreement between the adult day health care provider and any of the following: (1) A provider of services, as defined in Section 51051, and any other organization that provides services to Medi-Cal beneficiaries in order to meet the requirements of this Chapter.(2) An organization or person that performs administrative functions or services for the operation of the program specifically related to meeting the requirements of this Chapter.Cal.
