Section 454(a)-15 - State of Coverage and Effect of Election(a) The state of coverage shall be the state agreed upon and chosen by the employer or employing unit and the employee.(b) The rights, liabilities, and obligations of both employer or employing unit and employee as to services under the election shall be determined by the state of coverage.Cal.
