Section 454(a)-14 - Approval, Commencement and Termination of Election(a) An election under Section 454(a) - 13 of these regulations shall not become effective until approved by the administrative agency of each state involved.(b) The application of an election to any individual under Sections 454(a) - 11 to 454(a) - 16 shall be terminated by the state of coverage if it finds that the nature of services performed by the individual for the electing unit has changed. Termination of an election shall be effective at the close of the calendar quarter in which the electing unit is given written notice of the termination.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 454(a)-14
