Section 11121 - Transfers Prohibited

It is a violation of the contract, of Government Code section 12990 and the regulations in Subchapter 5 of Chapter 5 of Division 4.1 of Title 2 of the California Code of Regulations to transfer employees or trainees who are members of any group protected by the Act from contractor to contractor or from project to project for the sole purpose of meeting the contractor's nondiscrimination obligations.
